Hi,

Can I ask how is it that you can run your MBP in closed "clamshell" mode with an external monitor and keyboard if, as soon as you close the lid, the laptop goes to sleep mode???
QUOTE Thanks

The laptop will detect that a display is attached and will not go to sleep, if no display is attached it will sleep.
