Magic Mouse Momentum Scroll not Working

Hi,

Just bought Magic mouse for my Imac.

I am running Snow Leopard 10.5.8 and have downloaded and installed Mouse Update 1.0. I dont get an option in preferences for momentum scrolling.

Any ideas?

Are you sure? This is a screen shot of where it is supposed to be.
