Want to upgrade to 4gb

i have 2009 13.3 inch MBP

it only came with 2gb of ram, looking to bump it up to 4gb

can you recommend me 2x2gb sticks that has been known to work well with this laptop?

Crucial.com has a feature where you select your Mac specs and it will tell you what memory is compatible.

I'd go with crucial's brand. Once you've established what you need, I'd suggest amazon.com for your actual purchase. You can save some $ that way.
