it is shown when i open bluetooth preferences, but when it asks for the passkey, it wants me to type it in. How do i type with a mouse? when i choose no passkey, it says it can't match up to it. I hooked up my wireless keyboard no problem. it shows up but the passkey won't work. help please.

I think you can "type" with your mouse. Vista has a virtual on-screen keyboard built in and you can find it in the Start menu, under Accessories in the Ease of Access folder. But, it doesn't make sense to me that Vista is asking for a typed in passkey for a mouse.
