Max Temp of a HD

Mac Specs: Mac Pro Workstation Airport Extreme ATV 2 Ipad

The temp of my Start up disk is 39 C while the others are about 30 C.
Is this normal ?
And what is max temp that a HD can have ?
I am using a MAC Pro workstation .
