Seriously, I've been calling the apple store every day. When will I be able to walk into the store and buy one?

Did you ask them when you called them? They would know better than anyone else here.

I went to the store the other day and happened to ask while I was there. If all their stores receive their shipments on the same day, then you should be able to get it on Tuesday as that is what I was told at the Short Hills Apple store in New Jersey.

A lot better, especially since we only get 2nd and 3rd hand information from folks like you. What'd they have to say?

I'm waiting for cwa to give us a review on it.

As an example...if you go to the Apple.com website...if someone wanted a older "Mighty Mouse", shipping time is 24 hours. If you check the shipping time on the new "Magic Mouse", it says shipping time is 5-7 days.

I would imagine that when the online store says shipping time for the "Magic Mouse" is closer to 24 hours...the "brick & mortar" Apple Stores will have them.

I went into the store yesterday. They said they should have them any day now. They had the new Macbooks, and the new IMacs. I was able to play with them.
