Hi,
I am a new member and I need some help. I need to do a presentation and I need to connect my PowerBook G4 to a Hitachi CP-S370 Multimedia Projector. I don't have with me the cables that came with my laptop, so:
- can I use the connection cable of the projector?
- how do I see my desktop on the screen (do I need to change certain settings?)

thank you

You're going to need the correct video output cable from your Powerbook to the projector. I believe your G4 has a DVI output and S-Video output. If the Hitachi projector has a DVI input you can connect direct from the G4.

As for the display - set the Powerbook to "mirror" the image. That will give you the same image on the G4 screen as is being projected from the Hitachi.

Regards.
