The scroll button on my mighty mouse is starting to stick and not scroll smoothly any more. I've tried the rapid rubbing of the scroll wheel with the mouse up side down but its not helping.

Any tips anyone?

Cheers

Steve

get a bit of alcohol (not beer) daubed on it and thoroughly roll the wheel to give it a good clean

I have had temporary success by turing it off inverting it with finger between ball and vacuum cleaner nozzle and rolling ball in all directions, but for a permanent sort out, this works - » Cleaning inside and dismantling the Apple Mighty Mouse: Shropshire, brought to you by LinkLink, the independent directory - if u are careful it is hard to see that it has been opened. Good Luck
