My son has just called me - he has replaced the batteries in both his wireless mouse and keyboard and they are both frozen. He has taken out the new batteries and replaced them a number of times together with switching off and restarting his mac a number of times.

He tells me that he has a report to finish tonight and is gently panicking.

Can anyone help?
QUOTE Thanks
