Need some help with moniters

i have just acquired 5 fast point touch screens and i was wondering if any one here knows if these would be compatible with a mac book pro also another related question what do i need to hook this up to my computer and finally what kinda cable do i need to get to hook multiple moniters to my computer and what is the maximum number of moniters i can have
