I need one, and I don't wanna have to upgrade my version of mac.

There's not many web cam choices out there for older Macs running 10.2 or Panther 10.3. Check the main page at Mac Compatible Webcam List: Best Mac Web Cams For Apple OSX for a few options.

Part of the problem is Mac's that can't run anything higher than 10.3 have very very slow USB 1.1 speed ports. So any webcam has to run at a very low, small CIF resolution. The new UVC webcam standard built into Leopard 10.5 and Tiger 10.4 absolutely requires USB 2.0 speed which is over 40 times faster than USB 1.1

P.S. It's a real krap-shoot, but you can always try some old second-hand USB PC webcam with a piece of free software called 'macam' that might work.
