The name says it all. My mouse is barely alive, it seems. The cursor doesn't respond fluently to me moving it--it freezes every few seconds or so, and I don't know if it's gonna get better or not. This is not normal. It's a black laser USB Apple Pro Mouse. I'm right-handed, so it was plugged in to the right side of my keyboard--until the cursor just froze completely. So now it's plugged in to the left side, which poses an inconvenience for me. Plus, as I said, it's barely working, and even my keyboard is facing problems. Any suggestions?

I'd check the cords & connections first as keyboards & mice get moved around all the time. A sharp kink in the cord could damage the internal wire.
