Please Help..

Whenever i put in My Sandisk USB Drive now into my Macmini, it Shows The Message "You have inserted a disk containing volumes that Mac OS X can't read" Then gives me the options to either "initialize" "Ignore" "Eject"

Any Ideas on what the problem could Be? It worked fine just 2 days ago when I had music on there, Then i put more music on and this happened..Any help is appreciated

I wasn't sure where to put this thread either..Sorry if its the wrong section.

Does not sound good...old zip disc did this when the formatting got messed up.
You need a disc recovery app to fix the dics or get your files off before there gone forever.
