new bt headset technology

the product has been rolling around for about 2years, developers in asia but seems motorola will sell it partial release end of 2008. it has no microphone and conducts sound through the ear. $150-200 us

thinking to spring for a copy of MacSpeech Dictate and a bluetooth headset would be good. anyone done this. best noise cancliling headset that is avaliable if not the Jawbone2? how well does it work with the macbookpro and osx10.5.4
