mac HD filsystem compitable with windows

hello
is there any way on connecting a HD with mac filesystem on a windows :s computer?
i have the HD connected trough a extarnal USB source but the windows dont seem to recognice (spelling?) the HD...
it would be nice to be able to transfere the pictures and music if possible

Yes, you can use MacDrive 7. It allows Windows to read Apple's HFS+ file system.
