I can install the software with no problems but when I try to run the set-up manager no printer appears in the list. (HP Photosmart C3180)
I originally tried a different USB port then via a USB hub. Nothing happens for either. One thing I noticed the last few times I've tried it was, in my USB hub the light flashes for a few seconds then goes out. This might mean something? Some other steps I've done to maybe help narrow down the issue:- 1. Downloaded & installed the latest driver but still the same thing happens. 2. Tried the printer in my pc laptop. 3. tried swapping the usb cable. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance. |
