Is there a PC version or method I can use to convert movies to the Apple TV format?

I am currently Mac-less and would like to watch movies on my Apple TV, but dont know how to convert them.

What is its format?? h.264 right??

If you OWN and only if you OWN the movies you can use Handbrake, to convert the movies to the desired format that you require. Since you OWN the movie(s) you can LEGALLY make backups for YOUR OWN use.

Once you download handbrake choose the movie that you want to convert, on the side tab it even has a nice setting for ATV. choose it and hit convert. Pretty simple.

***BUT i can't stress enough that it is ILLEGAL for you to copy movies that you don't own.***
