Scanner Problem

Member Since: Apr 03, 2008 Posts: 3	04-17-2008, 02:00 PM Hi, I have an Epson 4490 scanner, connected directly to my laptop via usb. When I tried to launch the epson scan software, I get "epson scan cannot be started", Tried uninstalling and reinstalling the scanner, (used the uninstall option from the scanner driver) and reinstalled it using the downloaded driver from the epson site. I have a powerbook G4 running 10.4.11, any suggestions?
