iBook/PowerBook - built in Airport cards...
Hey guys. I've been hearing somewhere that some models of the PowerBooks had the Airport Extreme card built ONTO the motherboard and could not be removed incase necessary. Is this true?

Also, about the new iBooks that were just released today (Tuesday Oct. 19th)---Are the Airport Extreme cards built onto the motherboards, or are they inserted into the port as if you were to buy it.

    Thanks for the help!

All PowerBooks and iBooks have removable Airport Extreme cards.
