Hi guys, long time no contact.

Had my Macbook Black for about 14 months now and its been plain sailing so far apart from a few issues which i will be mentioning in other threads (including my charger catching fire 3 days after my warranty ran out!).

So today i decided it was time to order Leopard from Apple.com - quite excited about its arrival.

I've had a scout around, but im not too hot with forums and i may have missed a similar thread but how is everyone coping with the upgrade? Has it been worth it?

I appreciate i should have asked this before i took the decision to order the upgrade, but i didnt.

So, you all happy with it? Realistically was it worth the £85 and what actual differences are there day to day?

2009 Macbook Pro 2.53Ghz / 8GB Ram / 500GB HDD :dive: RIP Macbook Black!

Have to say yes Leopard is worth it. Fast and rock steady and as more and more applications become Leopard engineered, Tiger etc may well, in time, go the way of Classic.

Whilst am a supporter of erase and install, perhaps you should give Archive and Install a try. As soon as you have installed update the OS.
QUOTE Thanks
