Problem with Syncing Multiple Computers

I recently had an issue with my office iMac syncing with dot Mac. The Conflict Catcher app "opens" but no window appears to show where the conflicts are. Meaning, in my dock, CC is open but there is no window for the app.
When I get home, I have a syncing "conflict" so the Conflict Catcher opens and I have the same 12 conflicts every day... and I resolve them... and they come back... every day. It's like groundhog day.
Anyone know how to reinstall just CC or utilities like that?
