OS 10.0 - USB Video cap?

I'm trying to capture some video with a Dazzle100 via USB to my gf's MacBook.

I know she has OSX and Final Cut Pro.

How can I capture using this DVC?

I am not 100% sure what you're trying to do, but the dazzle 100, unless I am very much mistaken, is for converting an analogue video/audio signal to digital so it can be downloaded to a PC. I don't even know that's it's compatible with a Mac.

Now to mentioned a DVC. If you already have a digital video source, you should not need the Dazzle 100. You should be able to import the video directly into Final Cut with the digital video recorder.

Can you detail all the components you have?

The Dazzle 100 is the DVC. It's connected to my Xbox via S-Video cable.

It then has a usb cord that connects to the pc. That cord is not able to be modified or swapped.
