Where can I get X11 from for 10.4 if I don't have my Tiger install disks?

Apparently it is available for download from the Apple web site as well. It used to be that the one on the Tiger install disks was more recent though. I am not sure if that is still the case.

My Macs: PowerMac G5 Quad, 2.5 GHz, 4 Core, Mac Pro, 3.2 GHz 8 Core, Power Macintosh 7500/100
My iStuff: 32 GB iPhone 4, 30 GB iPod Video, 16 GB iPod Touch
My OS': Mac OS X Tiger, Mac OS X Snow Leopard, Mac OS X Leopard, Mac OS 8.6, openSUSE 10.3, Win XP

I have had a look, its only the Panther version that you can download.

The EULA that comes with the tiger version is a bit confusing - But I am not a lawyer.

The general section gives the usual restrictions about modifying and distributing software, but part of the EULA implies that open source components are governed by the respective open source license.

So I guess that X11 is open source and free to distribute, but the X11 components as part of the Tiger components is not free to distribute

Anybody have any more clarity on this issue
