change icontext color

i love clean white wallpapers.
but the problem is, that the default textcolor for the icons (on the desktop) is white.
now, okey, there is the shadow that make it more or less readable, but it looks to "ugly".

white text on white background? who'd be so stupid?

so, where can a change the color
