First of all, I'm a newbie (extra new) so please excuse me.

Well, I'm having this problem. All of a sudden my Mac has started to act weird. When I click at something (like an icon at the desktop), it shows these boxes around the icon and the text.

When I press F11 for example, it shows the desktop instead of turning the volume down. And in the apple menu there are two "Restart" and two "Shut Down".

Also, it keeps saying out loud what I'm doing right now. Like "Firefox opened" and "Restarting computer" and things like that. All the time. And speech is off so I have no idea.

I don't know if I accidentally changed something but this is really weird.

I tried logging out, restarting, re-installing the newest updated but nothing happened.

This might be a really stupid question, but I honestly don't know how to make this stop.

Thanks in advance.

Ugh, I totally knew that was going to be something stupid like that. I don't even know how I put that on.

Thanks a lot and sorry for the stupidity.
