OS 10.4 - strange window open upon startup

Hello All,
Twice upon restart a strange window has been open on my desktop:

System>Library>Frameworks>Addressbook.framework>Ve rsions>A>Resources>no.IProj>ABImportPanel.nib

there is one file in the folder: objects.nib

Everything else seems to be working OK. I have some video issues when my computer wakes up from sleep sometimes where the screen is the wrong resolution (everything is really big) and my desktop reverts back to the default blue osx background.

Any reason my computer might be starting up with this strange window open?

Run a maintenance program such as Onyx, including Repair Permissions and cache cleaning and see if there is any imporvement.
