OS 10.5 - Interesting font issues in 10.5

No idea what spawned this abomination but I'd like to know how to kill it. The offending font is 'metallord' and I've traced down the source file and deleted it with no success... it appears pretty much everywhere to include Mail.

Any ideas?

Not Metallord, it's 'Iced Earth' and I swear to G-d I would never download such an ugly frikken font.

Download the 20 day trial of MacPilot and try changing the fonts back to defaults with that, maybe?
