changing text colour on a folder?

the text that is written under the folder on the desktop. how do you change the colour of the text itself?

my gf really wants to know for her new background, and i have no idea.

Would she settle for changing the color behind the text? If so you could just right click on the folder and go to "Get Info" and then once the window pops up you can change what is called the "label" color. It's about halfway down. You can pick between 5 or 6 colors.

Does that work for her?
