OS 10.4 - Modify Finder Go Menu

Hi Guys

I have done a lot of research and come up with nothing. I know there are some geniuses here so I thought I would ask and see if it is possible.
What I am wanting to do is totally get rid of being able to get into the Macintosh HD. I have removed it off the dock using work group manager (server) but you can still go into Finder / Go / Computer. Is there any way of preventing users to go to Finder / Go / Computer.

I have tried using simple finder thats deployed from the server to get around this but it has no functionality, Is there a way of using simple finder that has a bit more functionality eg - able to create / delete files or is it easier to get rid of the Finder / Go / Computer menu

Any ideas at all would be great. Thank you so much in advance. Mac 10.4
