OS 10.5 - Time Machine - Back up anoter ext drive?

Hi,

I am purchasing a Mac Mini to store my TV Shows + Movies. This will quickly fill the small 120GB hard drive so I intend to buy a External Hard Drive. I also have a large external hard drive which I backup my macbook on to and which I will back up the Mac Mini as well.

Will Time Machine on the Mac Mini backup the secondary external drive which stores the tv shows and movies as well as the internal drive?

Time Machine as of now backs up ONLY the startup disk. That is, it does not even backup your Windows Bootcamp partition if you have one.

you could make a partition and have one for your mini and one for the other.
