OS 10.5 - Fetch .dmg showing but not there??

I just noticed this yesterday... but when I double click on my harddrive in the left pane (see attached image) it shows the Fetch .dmg but I can't click on it at all.. can't even higlight it... there's nothing on my desktop... how do I get rid of this little glitch? It's weird!!

restarted........ it's gone.

Yeah that was probably due to it still being in the system cache and restart flushed it out.
