Hi

New to the forum...... When I start up my computer, safari automatically opens up without me double clicking on it. Why is that? how do I stop it? This has just started happening (owned it for 7 months)

thanks

More than likely it has been added it to the startup items.

Go to:
System Preferences - Accounts - Login Items

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.
In the Windows world, most everything folks don't understand is called a virus.
