MacBook - Help! My Macbook Desktop can't stay still

Whenever I move my mouse, all my windows move up and down at the same time. All my icons have increased 2x in size. Basically, I can't even view my whole desktop at once, I have to move my mouse all overthe screen to move it up and down.

Press and hold Command, option, and - to zoom back out.

You can turn this off in System Preferences under Universal Access.
