I've found myself repeatedly pulling up system prefs to start/stop windows sharing as I copy files to and from my Windows PCs.

Is there an easier method of doing this? Maybe a utility or possibly an applescript?

Because I don't want to leave it open to the whole LAN all the time. Especially when I'm at work.
