looks awesome, will give it a shot.

Edit: ok, just did this modification and already changes EVERYTHING, looks great and feels more intuative to click on an applications "Drawer" then clicking on the address book to get to all applications.

The folders have a default modified date of 2010... so the terminal commands to change the default date aren't really needed (for a couple years)... I am really liking it, it looks so much more organized IMO. I would like to see the "drawers" a little taller, but nothing a little photoshop can't fix.

Just to add a little niceness...

You can enable drag-drop functionality in Stacks with these commands in terminal:
$ defaults write com.apple.dock enable-spring-load-actions-on-all-items -boolean yes
$ killall Dock

They don't change how stacks works at all... They are really just folders with icons that look like semi transparent Drawers. They have their modified date set to 2010 so they show up in the dock as the very first item in the stack, backing all files in the stack look as if they are in a drawer (when the stacks are sorted by "date modified".
