I have a program that came pre-installed with my Powerbook G4 called Maintenance 3.1 It repaired permisisons, cleaned up the cache, and a few other things, sort of an Apple script clean-up utility. I was able to use this program on my MBP and iMac Intel with no problem running under Tiger. The I upgraded to Leopard and the Maintenance 3.1 will no longer run. So my question is, is there a program like this, an update etc, that will run under Leopard?

They say the new beta of Onyx works in Leopard. I ran it here and it did work. MainMenu might but I have not checked as yet. It did come up but I did not try anything.

I've seen Leopard Cache Cleaner -- no experience with it, though.

Not exactly like Maintenance 3.1, but at least this one works, thanks!

I'm using Leopard Cache Cleaner. Seems to be doing the job, though it too has problems with Repair Permissions. I am now looking at Cocktail as well. I wish Onyx were already compatible.

I don't really have any problems with my new iMac so haven't really had to put any of them through their paces.

I use this also and love the simplicity of it.
