I just re-installed OS X 10.1, (because my computer wouldn't start up, and I had no choice) and when I first turned it on it asked me if I wanted to run updates and I clicked "I'll run updates later." I'm ready to install those updates now, but I'm not exacally sure how to get there. Any help?

10.1 is a bit old - what are you hoping to upgrade too?

Apple lists these options

The Java should show up in the Software Update too.
