Any risks in upgrading to leopard? How can i just upgrade and keep all of my files on the comp and just have the new leopard look??

Select the "Upgrade" option when you install Leopard. The only way you will lose anything is if you reformat your drive.

I recommend reading the Leopard upgrade FAQ in the FAQ Forum.
