OS 10.4 - Archive and Install issues

Mac Specs: PowerBook G4 15 inch 1.5 GHz, iMac

iRye is offline
I performed an Archive and Install in my brother's MacBook, and it archived properly, but when we try to access his data, it has the stop sign and it says that we don't have permissions for it.

what do I do?


PS: It is running 10.4.8
