OS 10.4 - Route Calls to Book with bluetooth?

Well i have looked for about fifteen minuets now and i cant find a program or help site that will tell me how to use my MacBook's speaker and microphone for calls through my phone i know this must be possible some how, and i'm sure some mac genius has already solved this issue. Please help!
