need for upgrade?

currently using Mac OS X(10.2.3) is there ne need to upgrade to higher versions?...

Well there is always the old maxim, if it aint broke, don't fix it. So if everthing is working fine for you, and all the software you want to use is compatible with that version, then no, there is no need.
