MacBook Pro - problem with deleting apps

i have a macbook pro and have dl'ed ialertu multiple times becuz im a recent pc->mac converter, and still getting used to it. So i used spot light and found the files, but when i go and try to move them to trash, it saids i dont have permission to delete it..............so can anyone shed some light here?

Is this a single account? If not sign in as administrator and try it. Also this seems to work pretty good (free app)
