OS 10.4 - Fonts are screwy - HELP

It seems as though all the fonts i s see in my browsers are either overlapping or not spaced correctly. I have no idea what happened, but really need to fix it. Some page I visit or I should say all of them seem to place text outside frames. Does anyone know what i should fix here.
