 trying to download Flash Play and can not. Without going into great detail, getting messages to go to Intel site to download, another message, make sure browser is not on while trying to open software. It is not on when I do this. Nothing is working. Anyone else having these problems? Called their help line and the guy tried telling me I should download 7.0 but he did not know how to help me beyond that.
