OS 10.4 - Invalid Sibling Links! Help!

Okay so my OS X partition wont boot up and I thought it was Boot Camp's fault but I ran a fsck on it and its giving me invalid sibling links. Short of Disk Warrior, can OS X fix it?

You can try this from MacOSXHints, A possible fix for invalid sibling links on a hard drive.
