Hi,
My Dashboard Icon has disappeared from my dock: probably dragged away, in a puff of smoke, by accident, by spouse.
I can still access my widgets via:
a) Hot corner
b) Spotlight
c) Keyboard shortcut

Enough options for anyone, to be sure, but is there any way I can get the icon back in my dock?
When I open dashboard from a), b) or c), it does not allow me to see dock and thereby select "keep in dock"

I have repaired permissions.
Thanks in advance,

Mark

Hi Mark, Welcome to MF
Just go to your apps folder and drag the Dashboard icon to the dock from there

Thank you Kilted1: from another Kilted one; in Scotland.

Always an elegant and simple solution.
My brain is still in transition between PC and MAC and as a result i tend to over complicate things (DOH!)

Thanks again
