Ever since i updated to 10.4.10 my Macbook will no longer detect my Canon OES digital slr. I googled this. but only found a few references to this problems, with no solutions other then to reinstall the OS.
Has anyone had this problem? Or does anyone know how to fix it? Thanks Adam adampenney.com |

You could try to go to Apple's Support/Downloads website, download to your desktop the latest Combo Update for Intel Macs.
Unplug all unnecessary peripherals and then restart while holding the down the Shift key. Doubleclick on the Combo Update installer (don't launch any applications or anything, just let the installer do its thing) and when prompted, restart as usual. After this, you might want to check Canon's website and see if your camera software is up to date as well. See where that takes you. Report back with your findings. I hope this works for you.
