Ok so I tried to clean my computer cause it was doing some funny things, like safari would just shut off, the whole computer was slow reacting. Now my colors are all messed up, and im not sure what i did but I dont have any room left on my computer, i remember something about writing the disk 32 times to get rid of files, but I thought it would still leave the rest of the hard drive empty, can someone please help me!!!!

When i restart the computer it flashes the right colors but then changes to these other colors seems like the the computer is running fine but the colors are really messed

You most probably have installed in your old account a software that creates a conflict with other apps or the OS. Or you have inadvertently changed a setting in your System Preferences.

also if i change the colors down to 256 the colors come back but they are not that good, but as soon as i change it to thousands, or even millions the colours go all wacky

I am going to guess that you have somehow mistakenly deleted a ColorSync profile that your monitor was using, that was stored on your personal account. Any chance that you have been calibrating your monitor and storing the profiles on your personal account.... and then perhaps mistakenly deleted it?

You may have to go to the Display preference panel, to the Color tab, and re-establish the right profile OR recalibrate the monitor to recreate it.

Clearly your hardware is alright, which is great, and with a new account, and Mac OS X's default settings your colors are alright, so I am guessing a bad color profile - either one is now missing or somehow it got changed. Check it out and report back!

I decided to just move everything to a new account, it just seemed easier, but you maybe right about the color sync thing.
