how can i get safari to only accept email from entries in my address book. i am tired of the spam. thanks

Safari is a web browser. What e-mail service provider are you using?

Take a look at Gmail, I haven't had a spam in my inbox since I got the account a year or two ago.

You should really consider using Gmail, its a far better service than yahoo or hotmail, with tons of features and no big banner ads.

go to gmail.com to check out the features and sign up
