OS 10.4 - ow do i install 10.3 security update through target mode from 10.4?

I have a macbook and ibook the macbook is running 10.4 the ibook is running 10.3 how would i go about installing and 10.3 update on the ibook from the macbook through target mode? it says that the update is for 10.3 when i try to get through the first 2 steps.

Mac Specs: 15in i7 MacBook Pro, 8GB RAM, 120GB SSD, 500GB HD

Why don't you just transfer the update file to the iBook? Don't know how else you could do it.

i cant boot the ibook regualr because

iBook will not start after security update.
